The products, quantities and item notes you add are stored locally in your browser so you can continue preparing your request across pages. Removing an item or clearing your browser website data removes those local entries. The website does not automatically place an order.
Catalogue assistant
Ask Horecal is a catalogue and FAQ assistant that runs in your browser. It does not use a generative AI service. Conversation text remains in the current page session and is not submitted by the assistant to an external chat service. It is cleared when you reload or leave the page.
When you send an enquiry
The WhatsApp action opens your chosen messaging service with a draft. You choose whether to send it. The email quotation and website contact forms use FormSubmit to submit your enquiry to Horecal’s existing website mailbox. FormSubmit and WhatsApp have their own privacy terms and service practices. Messages you send may contain business contact details, your location and your product requirements.
External services and links
Fonts and catalogue images are served with the website. External links can open mapping, social or messaging services. Those services process requests under their own terms. The hosting provider can process request information as part of serving and protecting the website.
